Competency development is structured in 3 tiers:
At the bottom are numerous micro-credit courses, each aligned with a specific micro-skill which professionals can undertake to expand their learning.
Next, Basic- competency modules, a combination of few micro-credit courses, (Code BC/) develop the foundation for a specialisation pathway over which the advanced competency module develops super-specialised skills.
Advanced competency modules (Code AM/) provide certifications for super-specialisation which are in high demand across industries.
Hence careers in Drones, Robotics, IoT, AI etc have two level skill development.
The Basic-competency module reflects the minimum desired level of competency to enter a career pathway while the Advanced competency module reflects a comprehensive competency covering a broad functionality and deep knowledge like a T professional.
Microversity courses cover curricular & teaching resource gaps and offer a parallel learning pathway to students of universities to align their learning with contemporary technologies & pass-out as super-specialists.

We have mapped various career pathways as per the current & future job scenario and industry requirement of skill combinations. Each career pathway aligns with the learning map suggesting relevant certifications & credit modules. Users can map their development plan for different career choices. Each course develops a specific skill aligned with industry requirements. A combination of such courses reflects a competency that is valued by the industry and can be used to change career path mid-way or move up the same career path at a rapid pace. Each credit corresponds to 15 hours of engagement divided into theory & practical sessions as per the requirement of the topic.
Evaluation of your learning will be through continuous assessment followed by a final assessment that could be a mini-project, quiz, short answer questions or a short online viva by an independent assessor/industry expert.
Clearing a certification requires continuous engagement with the learning module and rigorous practice unlike other companies which rely on MCQ to assess, and which students clear easily. Our certifications are valued by industry for the rigor, depth and application oriented learning and because we have aligned the courses as a group/module to develop the competency required for a specific function.
